- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: croutons and lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Place sliced chicken, chopped romaine, and Parmesan cheese on top of the dressing.
- Wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you roll up.
- Serve immediately with optional croutons and lemon wedges.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken with leftover or rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- Add bacon or avocado for extra flavor.
- Best served fresh but can be wrapped and stored for up to 2 hours.
