- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: pepperoni, cooked sausage, or vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4-inch circles using a biscuit cutter or a cup.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each circle, add cheese and optional toppings.
- Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal firmly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
