  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Set up breading stations: Place flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper in a third.
