Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and melted chocolate. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in sour cream. Pour batter over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until just set.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Decorate with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings before serving.
