  • 1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside a portion of the batter for layering.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Add remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cinnamon mixture through the batter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
