- 150g graham cracker crumbs
- 75g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 150g creamy peanut butter
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- Chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Cream together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over the crust.
- Melt dark chocolate with 100ml heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Heat remaining 100ml heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate to make ganache. Pour over the chilled cake.
- Decorate with chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or other toppings as desired. Serve chilled.

- Chill the cake for at least 4 hours for best set and flavor.
