Ingredients

  • 150g graham cracker crumbs
  • 75g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 150g creamy peanut butter
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • Chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Cream together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over the crust.
  3. Melt dark chocolate with 100ml heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Heat remaining 100ml heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate to make ganache. Pour over the chilled cake.
  6. Decorate with chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or other toppings as desired. Serve chilled.
