Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently into the ricotta mixture.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.
