Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
- Mix brownie chunks with 1/4 cup of caramel sauce; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream, mixing well.
- Fold in flour and salt. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan.
- Spread brownie mixture evenly over the batter, then top with remaining cheesecake batter.
- Swirl remaining caramel sauce into the top layer using a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
