- 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the seasoned flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, lightly spray the tenders with olive oil before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard or ranch.
