- 1 cup sweet corn kernels

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil, flatten gently if desired.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add chopped chili for a spicy kick.
- Use fresh or frozen corn as preferred.
- For a healthier version, bake at 400°F for 15 minutes instead of frying.
