Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return sausage to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add chopped kale or spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
