- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken thighs on both sides for 3-4 minutes each.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice to the sauce.
- Use skinless chicken for a lighter version.
