Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Cook meat chunks until browned and cooked through; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sliced potatoes; sauté until slightly tender.
- Return meat to the skillet, then pour in heavy cream; stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens and potatoes are fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
