- 1 lb (450g) beef or chicken, sliced
- 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced meat and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove meat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced potatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Return meat to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can replace beef with chicken or turkey for a leaner option.
- For extra flavor, add shredded cheese or crispy bacon on top.
