Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle flour over beef mixture, stirring to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth, stirring continuously until sauce thickens.
  6. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
