Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Return shrimp to the skillet to coat in the sauce.
- Serve shrimp over mashed potatoes, garnished with parsley.

- For an extra flavor boost, add a splash of white wine during the sauce preparation.
