- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add diced potatoes around the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and chicken broth, then pour over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan and herbs before serving.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
