Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls. Place them on the prepared baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
