- 2 cans (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped green onions and additional shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and shredded cheese.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
- You can customize the spice level by adding jalapenos or hot sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
