- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Cook chicken strips until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- Use cooked, shredded chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust seasoning to taste with additional herbs or spices.
