- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet and cook until warmed through.
- Stir in ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Fold in cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken.
- For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.
