  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, cook the pasta until al dente, and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
