- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, cook the pasta until al dente, and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in ranch dressing and shredded cheese, cooking until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute the bacon with turkey bacon for a healthier option.
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
