Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into strips and season with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté peppers and garlic until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
