- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté peppers and garlic until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more Cajun seasoning.
- For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
