- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add spices: paprika, garam masala, chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
