Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and spread the broccoli mixture evenly over it.
- Carefully roll the pastry into a log, then slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
