- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear beef slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Cook spaghetti in the skillet, stirring frequently, until al dente and sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Return beef to skillet, stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
