- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add chopped basil and stir well.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce until melted and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Serve hot with a side of pasta or fresh salad.
- Adjust cream and cheese quantities for richer or lighter sauce.
