- 1 cup crushed toffee bits
- 2 medium apples, diced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; blend well.
- Fold in half of the caramel sauce and crushed toffee bits.
- Mix in diced apples gently.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining caramel, toffee bits, and chopped nuts if desired.
- Serve immediately with apple slices or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or drizzle additional caramel before serving.
- Best enjoyed freshly made but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
