Instructions
- Mix cooked turkey, cranberries, stuffing cubes, Parmesan, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
