- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, stuffing mix, Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1- to 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
