Instructions

- Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, crab meat, parsley, and milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the lemon butter sauce: melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Serve biscuits warm, drizzled with lemon butter sauce.
