Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in diced potatoes, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
