- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour and powdered sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the baked crust, then evenly distribute blueberries on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can substitute blueberries with raspberries or blackberries for variety.
- Chill the bars for at least 1 hour for cleaner cuts.
