  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour and powdered sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the baked crust, then evenly distribute blueberries on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and edges are golden.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
