- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking spray for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then drain on paper towels and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or spray with cooking spray.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until just set. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- (Optional) Toast the wrap in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and tortilla is crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add avocado slices or hot sauce before rolling the wrap.
- Wrap tightly and store in foil or plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or toast to refresh the crispness.
