Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in brown sugar and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to glaze.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
